Rebecca Romaine

Selling your home, or buying one, is a big change in your life. It comes with a lot of "moving" parts. That's where I come in.  We can work together to determine your needs, keep as much money in your pocket as possible and keep stress to a minimum. What you will find when you work with me: Professionalism. Great communication, your way (by phone, email, text or face to face). Caring, compassionate, dedicated service. Your comfort level is my priority. I look forward to working with you!

Rebecca's Family

Family: Rebecca has been married to her husband Josh since 2001. Josh is a Firefighter/EMT for St. Johns County and has been an active member of St. Johns County Marine Rescue since the 1990's. Rebecca is an Associate Member of the United States Lifesaving Association.

They have 3 children ranging in age from high school to elementary school. In her spare time Rebecca enjoys volunteering for the St. Johns County Center for the Arts at Murray Middle School or St. Augustine High School. Rebecca's kids are involved in local theater. Rebecca's youngest daughter is a champion hunter-jumper in the First Coast Hunter Jumper Association over cross rails. Her whole family loves horses and spending time at the barn, riding or grooming horses.

Testimonials from past customers:

"Rebecca was so responsive in assessing our wants and wishes for our new home. We found the new home quickly and she worked at a rapid pace with all of business partners to make sure the closing occurred before our deadline."

"The home I purchased had two other offers on it within the first day it was on the market. I firmly believe that if I wasn't working with Rebecca I would not have gotten this place"

"Rebecca GENUINELY “GETS” PEOPLE. It is a GIFT. She spent MANY hours working with and for our family in what has been the biggest year for us thus far."

Claim to fame: Rebecca's grandfather, Allan Rubin, started the beach tolls collection here in St. Augustine Beach. Her grandmother, Florence, used to drive to each toll booth and collect the money. Mr. Rubin was director of St. Johns County Construction, and recently Rebecca's dad, Mike Rubin, retired from that title. Rebecca has grown up since birth in the world of commercial construction.
