What a year it's been! I took a leap on "leap day" with my business partner, Debby Craggs, and we made the move to Prudential Network Realty in St. Augustine Beach at SeaGrove. 

It is so nice being close to home. My morning "commute" to the office is about one mile. Being back in the neighborhood is just what I needed. I'm seeing friendly faces every day in the SeaGrove plaza and neighboring communities.

The technology at Prudential Network Realty is unsurpassed, and to be honest, it is going to make working for buyers and sellers a much smoother experience. I can't wait to get rolling with my new website.

My dad is Mike Rubin, the Director of Construction for St. Johns County. My grandfather, Allan Rubin, was Director of Construction before him. It's a great claim to fame in our family, that two generations have played an active role in the county buildings that we spend so much time in as a community. 


On February 14, 2012 the St. Johns County Public Library celebrated it's 25th anniversary. It was especially touching to me, because my grandfather actually built it 1987. I have been to ribbon cuttings all my life as the daughter of the county construction director, but this one stands out because of the memory of my grandfather.
